Life as I see it.....

Some times customer service just amaze me. There are those times when you have experience above and beyond service that always from me I will praise the employee or service tech that went the extra mile.

Then there is the other.....professional customer service. I just get amaze at times by some of these professionals and their staff that tends to forget where and how they got their start. Word Of Mouth.

After our latest adventure of professional service at a well noted local opthamologist office I am 100% sure they have seen the last of us!!! What is really sad about this is they probably really don't care. We are at all just a dollar sign to them...there are more of us out there waiting to be herded in and lighten up in the wallet.

I don't ask for them to bend over backwards every time we come in but a few pleases, and thank-yous goes a long way with Mom and I. Mainly when we have to re-arranged our schedule to fit theirs.
